Klaviyo Email Marketing is a great tool, it has been working beautifully for me getting people to come back and complete their purchases. Intergrated easily and has great automations.

I would give a 0 if possible. DO NOT SWITCH to klaviyo. We have been in business for 9 years and when we switched to K, our 60% open rate dropped to 20% and all of our emails land in SPAM. All they could say was it was losing consumer confidence and we have to do their "reputation repair" Klaviyo totally screwed us on all big sales. Any one have any idea who else would be a better alternative? ...

The worst experience as a business owner who is new to email marketing. Everybody was saying how great this company is so I didn't hesitate to give it a try.

Incredible support. I made a stupid error with the flow. Klavyio help was available to me instantly on a Saturday, even though my plan says weekday help. The assistant was human and very responsive. Stayed with me. I accidently shut the chat down at one point but she was still with me when I opened it up again. Parfait pour mettre en place des flux marketing. Malgré mes compétences très peu étendues sur le marketing pour le e-commerce, avec Klaviyo j'ai pu apprendre rapidement grâce à leur flux déjà pré établi. Je recommande vraiment cette application pour tous ceux qu'ils veulent agrandir leur flux clients et leur chiffre d'affaires.
