Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

This was the first email marketing app I have used for shopify. As a newbie to the whole email marketing game, I was quite surprised at how user friendly the app was and how seamlessly it was integrated to my store. Definitely recommend Klaviyo for the features that the app comes packed with and the amazing user experience. Wonderful job Klaviyo team.

Really easy to use. Simple and straightforward, walks you through everything it can do the limitations for an unpaid account aren't that bad. Would recommend.

Great App! Was very easy to configure and get going. It barely took me an hour or two to send the emails in my first campaign!

I have been selling online for six years and only recently added Klaviyo and after the first email campaign my sales have increased dramatically in one day after sending.

So far I'm loving it. At first when seeing other people use it, it was confusing. But after getting the chance to slow down and taking the time to learn it for myself, it's not too bad after all and you do get the flexibility to add in your own graphics, gifs, etc. to really make it your own without having to use the basic outlines that's provided. Additionally, everything is just seamless, simple, and straight to the point. Also, I love creating the flows and triggers, too. That really helps. The only thing I wish is that more fonts were implemented aside from your basic helvetica, character spacing, and such. That would help a ton. But, otherwise, that's about it.

I've been using Klaviyo for over a year and have to say it's definitely the best for eCommerce. It's also the most expensive, but worth the price if you can afford it.

The app works great, however $75 a month is extremely very expensive for small business. I wish they had a $25 per month plan for beginners with a limited number of e-mails.

Would not recommend. They charge you by profile (email) and do not give you an option to simply delete inactive profiles.
