Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Isn't Working this App! The worst ever... And they don't have any support!! :@

I've only been using the app a few days, but already I'm impressed with what we have achieved. The integration with Shopify is very straightforward, and the potential it creates is really good. I feel it has already improved abandoned cart retention, and makes mailshots easy with its manipulation of lists and email sign up forms. Can't wait to see what else it is capable of.

i love this app, is very usefuñ and i use it for my email marketing, in my opinion is perfetc for this type of activicty

I need support because I'm demoing the application and nothing works. But I cant get support unless I pay for the subscription. which I don't want to do because currently nothing works. what i great business model guys. looks like I'm off to Omnisend or your competitor

This app was pretty easy to install once I watched the YouTube video a few times. I just created my 1st email it was simple and easy to create. So far I don't have any issues.

Good, but I wish pricing was more flexible. I'm using it for one single function only, but because I have many subscribers I'm asked to upgrade. I would rather pay for the functions I'm using and not subscribers count.

Terrible customer service. Terrible app. They take your money and then close your account for NO REASON AT ALL and wont issue any refunds. They should have less than 4 star rating

The best email marketing app I have used to date! Offers so many benefits and customizations. Wish I would've switched over sooner!

Just sent my first campaign. I'd never created a campaign before so it was a huge learning curve for me. Once I got use to the different items ie. lists, segments, Klaviyo worked well. Small suggestion: it was difficult to see the screen captures in Klaviyo academy (very blurry).
