Customer support doesn't even exist i think . applied more than i don't how many times . also there free plan doesn't give any option its just not worth at all

I created a campaign, prepared to send, and then BOOM it tells me that I need to clean my e-mail list because of suspicious e-mails so I couldn't send my campaign. I mean c'mon, why am I responsible to clean my own e-mail list? Why can't you just pinpoint which e-mail was in fact a suspicious e-mail? How am I even to know which subscriber on my Mailing list is in fact a suspcious e-mail? That's why they opt-in to subscribe cause they're interested to get product updates and any newsletters. GOD Damn it!!! Whether suspicious e-mail or not let me send my e-mail subscribers, that's the purpose of your service, so i could send them e-mails because of them opting in!!!

This is a joke! I can't get the support I need and instead of trying to help me, they kept ending the chat! If your product was worth anything, I wouldn't have to write in for your sorry support group!

I have to say this is a game changer! Im new to this and I jut installed it yesterday, but so far so good! It makes email marketing look so easy!

Functionality is amazing. It was a little complex to install some features like generating user-specific discount codes on a pop up sign up form, and hard to find the matching support information on this. It is a little more expensive compared to the Mailchimp which was free, however, this is worth the charge. The automations are seamless and very easy to set up and use. Over all we are happy we made the swap over :)

Klaviyo is really powerful. Very easy to help you make campaigns and flows. Klaviyo's segmentation options are incredible, and their customer service is amazing!

I wanted to use their SMS service for my business. once i signed up i was contacted through email be a Klaviyo Rep named Azita to set up a call, which I did for the same day. When Azita called me I was able to tell right away that she has zero interest in answering my questions and just calling as job duty. Any question i had she replied with someone will contact you regarding your question. 4 days went by with no communication. I sent Azita 2 more emails with no replies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
