Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I pay over $900 / month and they don't even have phone support. Constant glitches delay product launches.

I have used Klaviyo since August of 2019 on Big Commerce, then moved to Shopify Feb 2020 and I did have to reset all the flows and anything that was attached to old account at BC but everything works much smoother here in my new home at Shopify. Thank you Klaviyo for making it easy to use your software/App from Abandoned Cart flows to Campaign Templates.

I love this platform! Compared to other email and SMS platforms, Klayvio has the best features and is very easy to use.

Klayvio has been our go-to email provider for years! The interface isn't the fastest, but the analytics and ease of use is incredible.

Great integration with Shopify. User-friendly email/flows builder. Fair pricing. There is always room for improvement on the analytical side: like better integration with Facebook, and Google Ads, so we can see how the customers were acquired, but even without it, Klaviyo is good enough.

Love these guys and the product. Far and away the best automatic email service there is.

This app will def. give you more re-targeted orders! I just started using it but I can already tell it will probably give a store 15-20% more sales, easily.
