Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I love this APP - Simple yet effective.
The customization could be a bit tricky.. took me awhile to find where everything was and how to change certain things but once you get it the hang of it...it is awesome!
Customer service has been amazing as well. I was able to speak directly with Charlie and when I had questions I emailed him which he answered within 24 hours!!
I am a startup so the free plan works great and it integrate with mailchimp very well.
The dashboard is easy to read...easy to install product feeds....great flows template that is given to you once you start..Thank you for making it so much easier for me Klaviyo!

Klaviyo is a complete game-changer. I had compared this to other email marketing apps and this one takes the cake. Super user-friendly. I am a first-timer and it was so easy to build flows and campaigns.

This APP is really nice team! They are honest, trustworthy, considerate partners, I am eager to recommend to anyone!

I decided to remove this app and move on to something else. It was not as user-friendly for me at least. I need more direct support and not through email. I have a problem with companies that do not offer phone support. Email support is the most inefficient use of time and some of us simply need more guidance with a human over the phone.

I'm a small business signed up to a PAID plan but cannot use Klaviyo because I simply cannot get any support at all. I've tried for weeks to get some basic onboarding assistance. Every time I manage to get a meeting booked in with someone from Klaviyo, they always cancel either at the very last minute or whilst I'm waiting for them to attend the meeting. They don't seem to cater for the Australian market (ie. all meeting times are US based) and I suspect that's why their 'support' team consistently cancel when the meeting is even close to AUS business hours (Note: I've even tried to attend in their own time zone however and still been stood up). A lot of time and money wasted so far with no result.

I used it one time and after I deleted the app, I was charged for 70USD even tough we were not using it anymore. Be careful.

Love Klaviyo! Got up and running quickly as a new small business. My first campaign is scheduled for today and was able to get my Abandoned Cart and Welcome Series live!

Best free app for email marketing on Shopify. Easy to use and provide great tools. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Difficult to understand art the beginning. It gets easy then.
It gets the job done. Templates are good.

Found it a bit confusing to use!
