Was simply banned after almost 2 years. I have not received any warning, information or email. My account was simply blocked. I am more than disappointed and have not yet received any explanation or help, but am only referred further and told that it always happens. There are thousands of customers on my website every day and I can no longer work. Very disappointing.

Every startup needs to effectively and efficiently automate its system to be successful. I never really expected this level of ease after trying several other email campaign managers. Klaviyo gives you campaign ideas, smooth automation, reliable service and great price rolled into one. My only draw back was when i called and i couldn't get someone right away, but they were able to easily resolve the problem when i emailed. So no harm done. If you want your e-commerce store to be successful, use Klaviyo.

Klaviyo helps me to get more customers and get more revenue from abandoned checkouts. It also allows me to reach my customers more easily and with a more professional look! Love the app!

Its a great tool!
make your life easy as soon as you create segment and export it to FB, it updates by itself, the only issue is that for me its not 5 stars yet, its that I cant integrate the segment/list to tiktok ad manager or twitter ad manager.
I hope when that happen, I would like to be notify or at least be on the trial program.

Klaviyo is awesome!!! I love it. Easy to use, easy to navigate. All in all it takes 2 seconds to upload lists, create campaigns. 10/10!!!!!!!!!

I spent over 2 hours perfecting a campaign for the Black Friday weekend, ONLY to have my email cancelled and be notified that it will take 1 business day for my account to be reviewed by the compliance team. This means, by the time my account is no longer disabled, the black friday weekend will be over. This was my very first campaign I have ever done on my shop, but I definitely won't be recommending this app to any one else.

Loved Mailchimp but started to get frustrated with the way their lists work - became too much to manage.

We discovered Klaviyo after a month of messing around with Drip as an alternative to mailchimp.

Klaviyo is kind of the 'killer-app' as far as we're concerned with regards to email.

It combines the usability of mailchimp with the fine tuning of Drip via flows and automation.

Best all around email app in our opinion and improving all the time.
