Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Isn't Working this App! The worst ever... And they don't have any support!! :@

I need support because I'm demoing the application and nothing works. But I cant get support unless I pay for the subscription. which I don't want to do because currently nothing works. what i great business model guys. looks like I'm off to Omnisend or your competitor

Terrible customer service. Terrible app. They take your money and then close your account for NO REASON AT ALL and wont issue any refunds. They should have less than 4 star rating

I wanted to try this app because it integrates with a lot of my other apps that I have... it sucks. You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME and recaptcha.. My account got deactivated randomly and haven't heard anything for a week. WTF? It's confusing to use and it takes a lot of time to create a newsletter. I'm switching back over to Seguno.

Great design and love the features. However, all emails sent from Klaviyo go to SPAM, and there doesn't seem to be any fix for this... I was about to switch to it from Mailchimp, but I will stay there as I'm sure our customers get emails from there... Once the issue is fixed I might consider switching again :)

I used this app to replace mailchimp.

I never leave bad reviews however customer service is the worst I have ever seen. When your paying premium rates you expect someone to respond within 4 weeks (and multiple emails) to simple questions.

I couldnt recommend someone using this platform

DON'T GET IT! they DEActivated my account after i SET up everything for no reason, i didnt ever started advertising or emailing yet! waste of time 0 review

After having a difficult time installing this app, I finally got it installed. I sent out three emails. None of them had the remarketing they were supposed to have but they are pretty. I must have inserted the snippet into liquid incorrectly. I also could not get Klaviyo to integrate with my theme by Pixel Union. I could not get my home page newsletter sign up form to work as Pixel Union does not support Klaviyo. I asked Klaviyo for help via email and the response what that I need an account with Klaviyo to get help! So, I canceled my account and deleted the app. Going back to Mailchimp. All I needed was some help people. I am not going to pay these huge prices and only get part of a service. Really disappointed that I wasted so much time installing this app only to not have it work well and not have the support and help from Kalviyo that I needed.

I can't use this app because I can't send any emails. I created 4 flows and run them live, but I didn't receive any emails on 3 different email addresses with 3 different devices. I can't run my store now too, because my clients won't receive any coupons that I promise to send them by email. There is no support too, it's been 35 hours since I emailed them, and they didn't answer yet. Very disappointed with this, I thought this app will be much more helpful
