Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

If you are using this on multiple stores, or doing any sort of switch, reinstallation, it is an absolute nightmare.
They have the most counterintuitive design and setup.
I don't trust letting them handle thousands of my email list, so would rather pay higher for a better email marketing app

Absolutely the worst pricing structure and cancellation process. It is all laid out for them to make money.

Please avoid using this app if you don't want headaches!

Terrible. Had a sign up form on my pre-launched website. When I tried to notify the ones who had signed up that the site was live Klaviyo disabled my account and didn't let me notify them.

I'll have to email everyone one by one. Terrible service.

The trashiest app out there. Download Omnisend or Abandonment Protector. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I mean ZERO SUPPORT. After some time, the app even stopped opening and showed an error upon clicking it, I tried to reinstall it but the error persisted. Just sucks guys. Don't waste your time, there are way better apps out there with amazing customer support like Omnisend.

I spent hours creating campaigns and when I needed to have it sent for at a very specific time- it did not let me and said there is a bug they are fixing at the moment. Super frustrating

I first decided to get this app because it supposedly "works well" with shopify. First and foremost it is NOT that simple to understand. Customer service/support does NOT respond right away. I was suppose to launch my website today and I've had to cancel. Customers were not receiving their welcome email/coupon codes. very poor support. we send them emails but there is no reply from their side. we regret adding there app.

Each email sent out to people has something like 'from klaviyo' written at the bottom. This makes it look tacky and unprofessional. I would definitely change my review if this was't there.
