We don't use SMS so based on my experience with Klaviyo as an EMS it is the best one out there in terms of functionality and accessibility. If you can't do what you want with Klaviyo then you can always use Integrations to add to the functionality. And if you need more functionality than that then you need to write custom software for your bespoke needs.

Klaviyo is super easy to use and very intuitive. I have tried other apps and have come back to stay.

Very user friendly! Once you find your way around the app and get used to the interaction, it is AWESOME and very responsive. Definitely looking forward to increasing our revenue through the flows. 10/10!!

Great platform and support is top notch. I've worked in a number of CRMs and Klaviyo is by far the best.

Matt was very patient and helpful. He spent the time asking more questions and we finally uncovered the issue. Saved me giving up and hiring someone to fix what was in the end just my knowledge gap.

The learning curve can be a bit steep, especially if you are a little rusty on the subject matter. However, the support staff are incredibly helpful - both over email and in the live chat. Aaliyah W was incredible today and is the reason I am leaving this review - they are a lifesaver!

Easy to use, and its not expensive. Very affordable for small business who have limited resources for marketing.

They're just the best. We use them for both Email & SMS. Everything just works but if for some reason you're trying to solve for an edge case, support is always there when you need them. Have been a customer for 4 years for our brand and never considered switching. Have recommended about a dozen other founders to Klaviyo. They're the best!
