Hello, I have been using Klaviyo for about 5 years. I also, love how Klaviyo has many different options for us wanting to be creative and attractive to our customers. Like that Klaviyo is concerned about what is concerning us as Business owners.

Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors
Klaviyo is the best email marketing platform out there! It can't be beat in terms of efficiency, customization, customer support, and data analytics. It's worth every penny as our monthly revenue gained from the app far outweighs the price.
My chat was so helpful and fixed my problem. Jarrett was so patient and thorough using screen shots and short videos to help me work through my issue! And even better I know how to work through it and fix it for the future should it happen again. GREAT experience, thank you!

Great product but support since the IPO has dropped, the support teams aren't given any powers to do anything so you can wait weeks/months from connected departments. If you need/think you might need to move quickly then choose another vendor.
