Klaviyo offers a ton of great features and powerful tools, especially for building flows and creating segments. The in-app designer is stable, intuitive, and easy to work with, and the documentation is clear and helpful when you need guidance. I’ve found the platform overall very easy to use, and I really enjoy the classes — they’re informative and well done. The CSM reps I’ve worked with have also been very helpful.

No complaints aside from the mismatch between the cost and my ability to use it. At $80/month it shouldn't be hard to recoup that investment, but it will involve extra work. I haven't had time to put it to real use. After months of paying for a plan I wasn't using I canceled 2 days after the renewal, and had to jump through minor hoops to get a refund. I think such cases should be automatic and unquestioned by ALL companies, but thank you anyway, Klaviyo.

Strong marketing capabilities and automation, but improvements in event tracking reliability, documentation, templates, and customer support would make the platform significantly better for growing ecommerce brands.
Klaviyo is great and easy to use. The only thing I will say is when they do updates, really helpful features tend to disappear, which is slightly annoying. Thats the only reason its not 5 star

Great tool, excellent customer support. A lot of technical things to learn before you can effectively use it for the best results. But it seems there is a solution to almost every issue that occurs. Email deliverability is especially tricky, but there a many great tools provided by Klaviyo.

Klaviyo is likely the best email-focused CRM available today. If you aren't tech-savvy then you will struggle to use it. It is a deeply complex, and deeply powerful, software. Your business will benefit massively, but only if you dedicate an employee time to understand and use it well. They do, sadly, use generative AI. If they committed to ditching generative AI, as all companies should, then they would get 5 stars.

Love the ease and compatibility of Klayvio with my Shopify store. I've been able to run my email marketing as a solopreneur and understand the analytics. If I could change one thing it would be an easier way to sort through uploaded photos, and how do we delete old photos we no longer want in the library? Otherwise, loving what it's doing for my business.
I love Klaviyo as a tool. but a few things are a pain in the ass. in Switzerland we do have more than one language. or if you act globally you face the same problem once you add more languages to your shopify account. product feeds from shopify are only possible in one language. and that decreases our productivity greatly. furthermore there could be more explanation with property fields. especially with "Skipped" profiles in flows or campaigns. why are they skipped requires a lot of research to figure out. that could be done better.
the new interface since 2024 (text editing): you made it worse. you have to click like a hundred times to change text. that is really anoying. before you had that simple editor box (it was a little small but worked). way better.
lastly: I would highly appreciate if sms services would be available globally. I have so many ideas.
