Was simply banned after almost 2 years. I have not received any warning, information or email. My account was simply blocked. I am more than disappointed and have not yet received any explanation or help, but am only referred further and told that it always happens. There are thousands of customers on my website every day and I can no longer work. Very disappointing.

The templates are helpful. The videos are very helpful and the guides are user friendly. I switched over from another platform and am very glad I did.

Best app ever to email marketing! It has a lot of functionalities that make the work very easy and the UX flawless.

I spent over 2 hours perfecting a campaign for the Black Friday weekend, ONLY to have my email cancelled and be notified that it will take 1 business day for my account to be reviewed by the compliance team. This means, by the time my account is no longer disabled, the black friday weekend will be over. This was my very first campaign I have ever done on my shop, but I definitely won't be recommending this app to any one else.

Really good app overall! A bit expensive but you'll make a profit quickly. We are happy that there was a free option at the beginning.
