Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

SOLD - I needed to send emails to a group of customers who bought a specific product due to an issue and this app made it possible and simple to do. I tried a competing service before Klaviyo because the reviews made me nervous but gave it a shot because the other one didn't have the functionalities I was looking for. Very good Shopify integration. Love it! Used to use Aweber, but it is no comparison.

So far so good. I feel like there's so much I can do with klaviyo and still exploring it all, but it's pretty intuitive and just have to get creative!

Extremely powerful email app. Klaviyo is built from the ground up for ecommerce. They have thought of everything. This is all about segmentation. If you are still using Mailchimp, Aweber or any of the other generic email services for your Shopify store then you are wasting time and money. Make the switch!

The Klaviyo team has been great to work with. They've been supportive and responsive to the questions I've had setting up flows with detail instructions and screen shots.

Found this to be a great app for creating a newsletter campaign and setting up pop up on my front screen to capture email addresses. Really easy and straightforward to use and so much more I can do that I haven't got round to yet with running campaigns etc.
