Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

We have tried Klaviyo and have to say it makes email marketing easy. The trial period was a succes and are looking at moving forward.

Awesome. Works great. It´s super easy to create templates this way... you can use it not only for Shopify but for any e-mail template you might need.

Klaviyo is a brilliant app that rolls many email related features into one. whether we want to create reach out to our most loyal customers, re-engage folks that haven't been to our site in a year, or reach out just to our nyc customers- klaviyo makes this super easy. on top of that they provide excellent support. these guys are eager to build the best possible product.

I utilized the free email template creator and love it! I had a few technical glitches, but their support team was extremely fast, friendly and helpful in getting things sorted out. As my business grows, I plan to utilize the other features they offer. Great app!

Super, super easy to use even with no coding experience. Super easy to customize to match our store look and apply to our site.

I haven't used the full app with abandoned cart tracking and everything, but I have used Klaviyo's Free Email Template creator. It's wonderful and allows you to easily customize the auto-emails that go to customers. Thanks for this free service!!

Terrible. I went through all the work of setting it up, uploading my subscribers, and writing my mailout - and it didn't send, told me it was being reviewed and would take at least 24 hours, and disabled my account. The event I was promoting ends tomorrow, this is garbage.

I switched from MailChimp to Klaviyo. It's got a ton of amazing customization options and different ways to engage your audience and keep them engaged for the long term.

Their support has been fantastic. I haven't needed much, for when I did need clarification on a few things, they were prompt to respond and provided all the details I needed to move forward. Highly recommend.

App isn't as user friendly as I'd like, but using lots of help docs. The customer service is amazing and quick! Automated email stating will take longer than usual and I hear back so fast! And super friendly. Email list only imported 2 without showing any error. Made recommendation to show an error instead of me guessing that I can import from shopify to here

So far the customer service and User experience has far surpassed Mailchimp and I've only just begun! So excited for this App!!
