I've been using Klaviyo for four years, and it has become a vital extension of my business, nardurna.com. The platform's robust features and seamless integration with my e-commerce site have been essential in helping me connect with my audience in meaningful ways. The ability to segment my audience and tailor my messaging has significantly improved my customer engagement and overall sales. Klaviyo's support team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. I also want to thank Klaviyo for inviting me to an exclusive event earlier this year in Byron Bay—an experience that further solidified my appreciation for the platform and its community. It's an indispensable tool that has played a key role in the growth of my business.

Highly recommend Klaviyo.

It's super easy to set up on your Shopify store, there's lots of support, the metrics you get straight out the box are amazing and visual too. Perfect for marketing your product and understanding what your customers better!

The Klaviyo team are quick to reply, helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyday I learn more and more of what I can do with the app. I am not a "techy" person but so far this has been extremely helpful. I had an initial conversation with someone from the Klaviyo team and that were super informative and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing how it all works in the future

I subscribed paid plan on last Sunday for $100. I requested for a refund as I realized their UI isn't intuitive and they charge way more than other companies and I have not used for a single day. They just send me an email with their policy saying that they will NOT refund the money even after I explained to their support and the time of contact was within 5 mins of subscription. So tell me anyone who do not agree that this is their tactics that they want to suck all the money they can from new eCommerce store owners like me. Their support is poor and their product isn't as high performing like other people saids, and that's why they have no refund policy. If you are new to eCom business owners, I strongly advise you to stay away from Klaviyo, who does not give a dame about their customers or potential customers. They don't give money back for any reason, even if you have rigimate reason and contact you right away. Please don't get the idea of where people use for half of month and asking for a refund. I requested a refund 5 minutes after I realized their plan wouldn't work for my business. Be aware of this company who will suck your money out of you every chance they get. I would highly recommend Omnisend over Klaviyo and I would stop people from using Klaviyo. Amazed by their lack of professionalism and their policy who doesn't give a damn about people. 0 Star for this institute.

I want to cancel the $15 SMS package but when I do it myself the system cancels everything including my emails even though it is the SMS that I want to cancel. Weronika says that they cannot cancel this service on their side that I no longer want. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOSTAGE TAKING

Klaviyo is by far the best ESP there is. I love all the complex functionality that allows for doing everything I want to do and more, the email and sms creation and automation, clear analytics, advanced segmentation capabilities, great Shopify integration for all kinds of order and product data use and triggers, and the way they work to make it as easy to use as possible.
