Yes - They charge a premium, but the things you can do with their software are outstanding.

If you are doing basic stuff like welcome series flow, abandoned checkout, post purchase and win back campaigns then you might use another software but if you want to get the best out of your email list by diving deep into segmentation and sending the right email, at the right time to the right customer then Klaviyo is the way to go.

Klaviyo is easy to use, professional and has a great starting program. Definitely try Klaviyo before others I think the integration and automation is the best I have tried so far.

Klaviyo is a good tool to user for any e-commerce out there. The integration with Shopify is very good. I recommend. I like the sync between Shopify and Klaviyo.

Hands down, the easiest-to-use app I've ever encountered! Not only is it user-friendly, but their customer service is top-notch. I had a question late at night and was pleasantly surprised to find 24-hour support available. My recent chat with Pete was an absolute delight. Listen folks. This one is the best. It may not have the best ratings, but that is because they are not actively trying to get them. But, it's the best one, so just get this one. Starting at free then $20 per month I don't know how it got its expensive reptuation. I get a 40-100x roas every month using klaviyo
