Horrible. Faites super attention à votre forfait. Je ne l'ai pas pas surveillé, résultat : 2 mois à 375 dollars pour un ROI de 50 euros max. HORRIBLE. Vous choisissez le plan gratuit, vous n'avez aucune notification par email pour le changement (le comble pour une app emailing).

Absolute scammers! BE CAREFUL with this guys! I setup in my Klaviyo settings not to be charged if i exceed my limit of $45 plan.
I was assured by their support that i will not and then after just 30 days they were about to charge me more than $600
Thankfully i found out before the charge and canceled the service! Do not trust their settings. They purposly play with words to trick you thinking the "stop" in their settings is for the "profile and email" plan, but its only for the emails and if you exceed that limit you will be charged, in my case a LOT!
Scammers, do not trust their support too!
btw, they also show you misleading conversions - claiming the conversion is made from Klaviyo when it's clearly from other source and Klaviyo email was not even opened by the customer!

Klaviyo's profile and email plan charges for both active profiles and emails because Klaviyo exists to help you understand your customers and drive growth through those relationships. If you have profiles that you don't send emails to, we strongly recommend suppressing them. You don't pay for suppressed profiles, but you retain their data so you can understand the actions they took.
I followed explicit instructions from Klaviyo support to resolve a configuration issue.
That guidance resulted in service interruption and an accelerated billing cycle.
Despite clear communication records, this is now being treated as a “customer-initiated change.”
This is extremely disappointing and uncomfortable as a paying customer.
I hope Klaviyo will review support-led actions more responsibly.

Scammers! I was charged $390 when suppose to be $45
They mislead your in their settings that you wont be charged if you exceed your limit, but you will be so be careful!
There conversions metrics are also highly exaugurated.
Out of 12 conversions they claim i manage to confirm only 3.
Go to other services llike PushOwl, do not use this scammers!

Disappointed in my experience with Klaviyo so far.
The templates are quite poorly designed. Even the most basic templates, like for order confirmations, contain a lot of errors. I have been in constant contact with support trying to get them to include basic information that should be included automatically.
For example, dynamic products were not being pulled in at all, so customers were not able to see what they purchased. This was simply an error with their template. Once we had that resolved, there was still a lot of missing information (like product variant flavors, apartment address lines, etc.) Little things that you may not notice while building, until customers complain.
It took 3 support cases to get an order confirmation that simply has the correct products listed and the customers full shipping address...
You cannot trust your onboarding specialist to check your emails or flows either. I had mine check our order confirmation flow multiple times before going live. She assured me we were all set and we set the flows to LIVE, and it simply did not work! She missed a key trigger that was keeping the emails from sending. We did not discover this until customers complained about missing confirmations.
Again, so disappointed in the quality of the templates and the support i've been provided. While Klaviyo has all the latest and greatest features, some of the most simple and important things are severely lacking! I've used free email builders that have better designed templates.

Klaviyo kan åbenlyst en masse ting, men hvis man har unikke domæner tilknyttet sine markeder i Shopify market og har brug for at sende flows og mails ud til kunder i de forskellige markeder så kan man kun gøre det fra et branded mail domain. Det virker besynderligt i 2026 at få besked om at købe 4 x Klaviyo konti, når man har samlet sine markeder i Shopify netop for kun at have 1 webshop. Alternativt foreslog Klaviyo også at jeg kunne få en udvikler til at lave et helt setup. Det så meget indviklede og meget dyrt ud. I øvrigt har jeg fra "Klaviyo" ekspert og selveste Gemini fået at vide at det godt kan lade sig gøre, men det kan det ikke når man så står med problemet og ønsker det løst.

Atrocious customer service that has no basic knowledge. They don't even know what z-index means. Also, the smart translate feature is completely buggy. It translates some parts and leaves out others. Even mixes languages within 1 email. Ive been using Klaviyo now for 2 months and was better off with Omnisend. It was also cheaper with basically the same functions. What a waste.

Be careful when using their email templates. They add default ALT text of the original image and include a link from some other company within some templates with animated pictures. Unfortunately, I realized this only after sending an email to my customer list, and now my customers received an email where the main clickable image leads to a completely different website. Those ALT texts and links shouldn’t be added to the templates. The services of your partner should be advertised in a different way not in a hidden way within templates!

We are unsatisfied by the set up and ease of use of the Kaviyo SMS app. We have been locked out of our account and cannot access the app or are unaware of our status and customer service has not responded to requests to unlock account. Rating Poor, unresponsive, challenging to use.

Hectic experience. They hound you until you sign up but then dont respond after you sign up and make the payment. Been dealing with their sales person Sulaiman Lodhi and its our worse experience with an email app to date.
