I wanted to use their SMS service for my business. once i signed up i was contacted through email be a Klaviyo Rep named Azita to set up a call, which I did for the same day. When Azita called me I was able to tell right away that she has zero interest in answering my questions and just calling as job duty. Any question i had she replied with someone will contact you regarding your question. 4 days went by with no communication. I sent Azita 2 more emails with no replies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My shop does not integrate with Klaviyo, I have tried many times and I can't register directly on the website, I need help.

The text constantly comes up different when we are doing a test for a newsletter(sent to mobile devices) also when doing a pop up form it comes up with an error "Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site." even though we have integrated Klaviyo with Shopify. we contacted customer service twice through email a few days ago but no one has responded. The customer service is not reliable.

Ich komme mit einigen Dingen nicht zurecht, Live Chat gibt es nur bei kostenpflichtigen Plänen, auf Support E Mails wird leider nicht geantwortet. Nun wollte ich einen kostenpflichtigen Plan abschließen, leider wird meine Kreditkarte aus welchen Gründen auch immer, nicht akzeptiert und meine VAT ID ist angeblich ungültig. Das war es dann wohl mit Klaviyo, schade, der Umfang der App ist sicher toll, aber ohne Support für mich nicht umsetzbar.
It sucks. Seal the number for no reason. Can't login. Have to pay to communicate with customer service online. No way to log in how to pay

mauvaise application, ça bloque et n'envoie pas e-mail de confirmation plusieurs tentatives et mail mais rien qui bouge..............
If you are using this on multiple stores, or doing any sort of switch, reinstallation, it is an absolute nightmare.
They have the most counterintuitive design and setup.
I don't trust letting them handle thousands of my email list, so would rather pay higher for a better email marketing app
I have registered, I try to log in - I write an account that is not active, I go to almost and click confirm account - it throws me to another window, where it requires me to log in to the account again and when I log in, I write an inactive account. Bottom line - I couldn't just log in. When I tried to write to the support service, in order to do this, I need to log in to my account)))) I couldn't even write to them)

Klaviyo is amazing for email marketing, with two major exceptions that negate any positive, to the point that this review is one star.
For starters, there is not a way to easily make email templates that work well with both dark mode, and normal email display settings.
The second, and far worse issue, is their customer service. I have never in my life experienced worse customer service. There is no way to contact them unless you pay, and even then it is borderline impossible to receive a response.
Given that they are the only email marketing service on Shopify that works in tandem with almost every app, I have no choice but to recommend them; but it does not come without a horrendous experience.

Absolutely the worst pricing structure and cancellation process. It is all laid out for them to make money.
Please avoid using this app if you don't want headaches!
