Great support from Mitch. Very easy to use. Very timely responses to emails and super easy to schedule a phone call to get questions answered.
Better than mailchimp, well done Klaviyo. We've migrated over and are enjoying all the extra features for clever email segmentation for tailoring our messages for our customers.
After using Klaviyo for less than a week, everything looks good to succeed. We have automations, campaigns and integrations done.

I do wish I could find some more resources on setting up flows that have converted in the past. I guess that is the secret nobody wants to share though :)
I listened to a great podcast from May 2015 - the My Wife Quit Her Job Poscast, and two guys run a business and require Klaviyo for any customer before they agree to work with them.
This is super easy to use and we love it.
Best email software to integrate with Shopify - Hands down. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to start email marketing to use Klayvio.
Love Klaviyo.... Good tool and treat their customers well. I highly recommend using them. Their if/then logic is great.
I've been using this app for a while and from a previous business, This is so easy to work with well integrating with other apps is seamless.
I am Klaviyo's biggest fan! When I started with them in 2019, I had zero contacts. We now have over 1 million emails collected with outstanding segmentation. Our open rates began around 8% and now have soared to nearly 30%. Klaviyo drives 20% of our business's revenue. Further, their customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I've had the same rep since day 1 (Katelyn!) and she knows our business inside and out - every emaill, every flow, and she is always available to help. Having both SMS and email under one house has also been a game changer for us. A++
