Works well and has great analytics and segments and is easy to build campaigns. Can get pricey as you grow particularly SMS is very expensive

As an ecommerce business, you need an email strategy. Yes. Yes, you do. Klaviyo makes it easy (disclaimer...there is always a learning curve) to implement your strategy, grow your list, know your list, nurture your customers and not yet customers, etc. I've used other email service providers over the years. They didn't suck, but they didn't provide the data that Klaviyo does. And we all know everybody is talking about data driven, personalized marketing these days....just sayin'.

Great customer service and an awesome platform. They're always looking to improve the functionality and features of their site.

Klaviyo provides excellent resources to help grow my business and I am happy with the progress we have made over the last few years.
