Sell your soul to this application. Yes, it has functionality and integration; BUT once you are on the system they own you. The design it so that it's almost impossible to unsubscribe. You can downgrade and they will automatically upgrade you, charge you, fees all the time without your permission. But they will never downgrade you, refund fees, unused.

Klaviyo is such a buggy horrible integration that I'm going to try and get my client to change. I have a sign up form teaser on my client's shopify store that is not part of any sign up form. No support after starting to use paid version. We had technical problems and could not activate any features. Support was unresponsive, did not help to solve any issues, not even freezed the subscription until WE solve them.
I think it's very shady that Klaviyo instantly charges more for additional email recipients beyond your plan level, but that when you clean your list, the plan cost stays at the higher level - unless you dig into the settings and change it back down.
