An absolute no brainer for anyone starting a shopify store. There is no other app in the app store that will drive more sales than Klaviyo. Spend the time and set up the drip campaigns and collect the email address and you will increase your revenue, period.

The functionality is great but it's a shame the costs rack up as you get more subscribers. It would be good to have a better pricing structure for the store owner. https://www.katysboutique.co.uk

So far so good, I really like the segmenting and it is easy to be up and running. I would recommend this app any day.

I am struggling to get any sort of help or responses from customer service. They are unwilling to help me resolve issues that I thought would be very easy. I am very disappointed and am looking for an app that wants to help their customers.

Loving how easy it is for a newbie to figure everything out. Then I feel reassured because Klaviyo makes it easy to understand what I'm about to do before I click "send."

I'm so pleased we made the shift to Klaviyo from our previous email App. The company has continued to evolve quickly over the last two years and is hands down the best email integration for e-commerce and Shopify. There are so many features, and the support is world class - highly recommended!

After misunderstanding my initial testing, the support team was able to investigate and assure me that my concerns were wrong. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star based on this. I'm looking forward to building out my flows and seeing what results I can achieve with the tool.

Amazing app that not only lets you create professional HTML emails without knowing HTML but also provides you with analytics and automatic campaigns. Just set it up and it will run on its own!

Just migrated our lists from Mailchimp and the setup process has been a breeze. Much deeper analytics and segmentation capabilities. Really looking forward to seeing what we can do with more email power!
