We use Klaviyo app for more than 5 years and it did help us recover the carts left by sending a series of abandoned cart emails. Welcome email, post-purchase follow-up email, and other customised emails, all help us bring in sales and grow steadily. Thank you so much for Klaviyo app which keeps releasing new features !!

Klaviyo has been one of the most critical platforms to our marketing stack. Your owned channels are the most important for your business and we could not ask for a better platfrom to integrate with Shopify and elevate the customer experience.

The experience with Klaviyo has been outstanding. The app works well with Shopify and allows for the most compete view of our customer experience. We have used other ESP's and this integration is top notch!

Klaviyo stated they have protections in place to keep bots from signing up creating fake emails. I am a small business and my email is full of fake emails. I try to delete them but they don’t disappear. I can’t keep ahold of any one in support until I upgrade and pay a monthly fee or lower the amount of emails in my account which is not working. I guess you can’t get help unless you pay them. It is a difficult platform to use also. The best option is to delete my entire account and go to a different email provider. I don’t want to work with a company that can’t help unless you pay them!!

Klaviyo is an integral part of our marketing ecosystem. Not only is the product best-in-class, it also integrates with the best tech in the space. IMO, that's the most under-stated quality in picking out tech... does it work with everything else you have? Klaviyo does.

Strong marketing capabilities and automation, but improvements in event tracking reliability, documentation, templates, and customer support would make the platform significantly better for growing ecommerce brands.

Klaviyo is your one stop shop for email marketing and sms and whatsapp. I downloaded klaviyo and within minutes setup flows that integrate with my customer journey and couldn't be happier. I am now starting the klaviyo academy to become certified with klaviyo.
