We have been using Klaviyo on HippieShop.com since we migrated to Shopify Plus. It's a really powerful app and very help in creating email campaigns and flows which currently account for 12% of our total sales. The built in flow templates were easy to set up and basically pay the monthly fee the app with no extra work. Great investment, give it a shot!

Klaviyo has proved to be a phenomenal platform for our email marketing program. The UX exceeds other providers we have tried, the reporting is excellent, and the customer service is prompt. For e-comm businesses focused on conversions, Klaviyo is really top notch in the ESP industry.
This is so much better than mailchimp! I use it a lot and get great results - I used the free version for a while - but was soon convinced the pretty heavy price plans were worth it!
This app is so powerful, still learning all of the features, but so far I love the built in Flows for abandoned carts, retargeting, win backs. Love the drag and drop nature of creating your own templates and email campaigns. We started out on the free plan and just upgraded to $25 plan for up to 500 users. I love the fact that Klaviyo has the different billing options instead of being locked in to a super expensive rate we are not quite ready for.
I love Klaviyo and I especially love the personal service they provide. Highly recommend if you are serious about your email marketing.
It AMazing experience so far with klaviyo. The emails presets are great and they provide so much information on how to make sales!
Excellent quality app. I really like the customization options and creating campaigns is easy. Still getting the hang of "flows" but so far so good. I haven't had to contact support yet (which is a good thing). One of the only things I'd like to see is being able to customize the pop up with a custom image. Other than that, very pleased thus far.
