Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Very helpful app, made organising my email marketing into "flows" and set times for sending. To create a newsletter this is awesome and makes everything quick and easy. I recommend!

Better than Mailchimp, lots of possibilities for customization which really helps when you're dealing with customers in different languages.

Everything you need in an email marketing app. Easy to use, user friendly and has all kinds campaigns and automation anyone could use.

Klaviyo suspended our account despite the fact we had never abused the app and are in good standing with Shopify. We had previously used the service. Klaviyo was not helpful and slow despite repeated attempts to have them understand this was a charity event and urgent time needs. We used Mailchimp, way easier, faster and better.

Use this app to collect phone numbers and emails - overall there are a lot of bugs, it's not user friendly, and they don't provide support unless you are paying.

I really love this app, helped me a lot of, will use it in future for sure. Recommend it to others thank you ))

Un must mais qui demande de la patience pour le prendre en main car on peu vite se faire surprendre par des réglages qui ne sont pas activé!!! Je recommande.

So far so good. A little bit complex, for someone who is completely self taught, but I think it's because it has a lot of features. The templates are good and its quite logical. Exited to see the results of our first email campaign!

Really easy to use. I just sent my first email to subscribers after watching the tutorials online. Very happy with this app!

Terrible support. They do the bare minimum to help their users and will make you use one of their partner developers if something isn't working. Any other app would try to help you with a problem you are having with their app but not Klaviyo.
