No support. No contact synching. Wouldn't let me send my first email at the very last minute after spending a ton of time setting it up due to some account issue that they wouldn't elaborate on. Nothing but frustration. Moving to Privy. Don't bother with these guys.

But overall a very nice platform, quite useful for email sequence and abandoned cart email.

So far so good! I've never used an ESP before and there's definitely a learning curve for newbies but they offer phenomenal support to make things easier.

I resisted installing of this app because I wanted to find less expensive options for sending emails and such. I spent hours, weeks, looking for a way to get popups, emails and the right integration within Shopify and, for it all to work seamlessly together. It was exhausting. Finally, I "bit the bullet" and installed Klaviyo. I love it! It can be a bit tricky to learn at first but, once you're over the first hurdles, it just works. Thanks Klaviyo
Superb application. Like everything, there is quite a bit of a learning curve. They could do with an introductory video that explains SIMPLE things that ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
FAQ on common errors or questions would be greatly appreciated. They launch into complicated stuff far too early without covering the bare essentials.
I think novices would have some difficulties, but this is a superb application with great benefits.
LOVE! So easy to set up and use. For someone who is just starting my business, this is so fantastic and has become such an important tool for generating sales
Tried several others, including MailChimp and Omnisend. This one is a little more expensive, but well worth it. Great support (much much better than the others), no nanny filters on your contacts (leaves role based addresses alone, for instance), and allows multiple lists that can be subsequently segmented. Haven't tried the automations, yet, but they look good and easy to use.
Great app, it has helped a lot, especially with keeping track of my customers and understanding their behavior.
