Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Really poor service

I would not recommend this app to anyone. Unfortunately, with mailchimp being unsynced there are only a few alternatives.

This app has been a true lifesaver for us! The emails are flawless. Able to integrate with mailchimp list. Was having struggles with mailchimp emails and headaches. This app does almost everything you need when it comes down to customers, abandon carts, etc... Love it! 5 stars. Sales from emails sent every time!

Pretty intuitive to understand & put to good use! It has a direct integration with Shopify and many other apps!

My marketing skills are minimal. Klaviyo makes my marketing skills look professional!! Very easy to use, I have just launched a campaign with no difficulty what so ever. Must have app!

Unlike Shopify that has great Customer Service as you begin to get used to their system, Klaviyo is not exactly helpful in getting you on the right track when you start out. I'm a month into trying to set up the platform, and I was told if I wasn't on a paid plan, I could get no assistance. Ok, I understand that, but 1 phone call to "sell" me the platform, and then I'm on my own to figure out if it will work for me was frustrating to say the least. ... and when you do start to pay, you only get Chat or Email support. No phone calls. No help teaching you (unless you like reading dozens of articles and watching dozens of video tutorials). I, for one, am overwhelmed by all of the articles, the videos, the youtube vids explaining what worked for them, the forums, the emails back and forth. Sometimes you just want to get on the phone and hash it out in an hour. Unfortunately, you will not get anything close to that kind of assistance with Klaviyo. I just hope the platform does what I was sold on it doing. So far, not impressed.

Klaviyo is a great marketing tool, since it encompasses several features that I would otherwise have to cobble together from separate apps. It integrates with your Shopify site and has a workflow feature that will send professional emails to customers at each stage of the selling process. It also has forms for capturing customer email subscriptions. I'm just starting with Klaviyo, but I like it a lot already. Give it a try!

Klaviyo is a brilliant email tool. The setup and integration couldn't be easier. For anyone serious about ecommerce - you certainly need to checkout Klaviyo and give it a good look.

Email marketing? Forget about everything else here's Klaviyo.
Well.... it really kick a...s guys. It's just a lot in there you can do, you'll need time to learn but is really useful.

OMG!! Great app and love the templates so easy to use. I recommend this app to generate your emails.
