Horrible customer support. I wait 2 days for a reply from someone just for them not to give any help whatsoever.
I'm sorry for the moment I replaced mail chimp.
Their service is terrible, lots of mishaps, prices are too expensive.
Very disappointed and I do not recommend them.
There are cheaper and better solutions that know how to provide excellent service and not only to make promises
The app is fine if you know how to use it. The support is just soso. They want to set up a meeting for easy questions which is totally unnecessary. Were on the premium version.
A Klaviyo error meant we broke GDPR rules. It sent a campaign to audience that was not subscribed to marketing. Consider the implications of that before signing up to their service.
Customer service is virtually non existent. After raising this issue, which is surely one of the most important service levels of an email marketing service, I had to chase them more than once for a response. For such an important issue with such big implications for a business i was horrified that Klaviyo didn't respond as a priority.
Eventually I got a two line response; they released a fix that they were continuing to monitor and they apologized for what happened.
Because it was Klaviyo's error, because they didn't immediately respond to my report, because I had to chase the status on this issue, I believe Klaviyo does not take GDPR compliance seriously. This is unacceptable to my business and I cancelled my account.
When I cancelled my account I made an official complaint identifying why I was leaving. As another example of Klaviyo's poor customer service it's been a month and i still haven't heard back from them regarding that complaint.
This app made marketing easier! With all it's features and easy to edit templates it makes me want to send more emails!
Best free app for email marketing on Shopify. Easy to use and provide great tools. I highly recommend it for everyone.
If I could give Klaviyo 6 stars I would.
1. The product. It's just amazing how it's improved our business results. I'd say 30% a month extra sales from sign-up incentives, shopping funnel drop off redirects and newsletters. Things we were never doing before.
2. The support team are amazing. Australia has a support office in Sydney and I had 3 x hr long vid calls which started as a demo and turned into Ben helping me get Klaviyo up and running for our business.
Now the hard part... it isn't easy if you're new to this type of marketing (which I am) but with about 3-4 days to really throw myself into it and with Ben's help we've built a cracking new revenue stream for our business. TBH, even with the great tutorials and tech support, without that 1:1 support I'm not sure I would have cracked it.
I did an email in about an hour on Friday morning and as of Monday morning it's generated over $15k in incremental sales (with av shopping basket of $350). Of course... we had a substantial data base to start from which we'd never leveraged before, but without this program that money was just sitting on the table - someone else's.

The app is good, i like it but i really have a hard time importing my previews contact. but it's really useful
This app is so easy to use and I can't believe I had difficulties with it in the beginning but after watching a few videos, I now get it. I love it now
SCAM beware, these are scammers. The Email distribution service did not work for me and I deleted the application because it did not work. And then a surprise arrived - in the new month the money was written off from me, although I had deleted the application several weeks ago.
They refused to answer my request to return the money, but it turns out that the application company has nothing to do with the company that collects the money (a fraudulent scheme to not return the money) and even if you deleted the application, they CONTINUE TO CHARGE money from you even if the application is deleted. You need to go to the service and cancel the tariff plan there.
When I asked to return the money, they told me that they would not return it even if I had not deleted the application and did not use it, because in the new billing period the money was withdrawn. (FRAUDERS)
Guys, avoid these scammers, the mailing didn’t work, although I followed all the setup instructions and replaced the automatic mailing from SHOPify with Klavio in the settings, I also did the same / but this is the technical side
And the fact that they continue to write off money even after deleting the application and do not want to make a refund is fraud at its fullest.
