Used to be good but now the emails they sent out during my campaigns keep getting bounced for no good reason - one of which is my personal email and another my friend’s email. Tried to send a campaign just to my email add and I don’t receive it at all. And no it’s not in my junk box either. Ridiculous if that’s the primary function of this app.
Been trying to get it to work for 2 days now but there is always something wrong with the popup either on mobile or desktop. Random buttons or text go missing for no reason when they are displayed in the customizer and then all of a sudden they're gone. Was planning on switching from mailchimp but nevermind!

Great App but the support is one of the worst I have ever experienced, dropping it asap and I would NOT recommend this to anyone unless they fix their support, GOOD LUCK IF YOU TRY THEM !!
I am struggling to get any sort of help or responses from customer service. They are unwilling to help me resolve issues that I thought would be very easy. I am very disappointed and am looking for an app that wants to help their customers.
I pay over $900 / month and they don't even have phone support. Constant glitches delay product launches.

Double opt in on free plan means you will have no sign ups. And there is no way around it. If you have a 3rd party sign up form (like Privy) Klaviyo will still send a sign up confirmation request once the address is synced to the list.
I don't mind paying for a good service, but not to a company that messes me up in such a sneaky way. Will sing up for a paid plan elsewhere.
I have been using this app for long and now I am not able to pay them, to upgrade my plan, we are losing important dates. Emailed them several times with no response.
Customer service poor.
After months of use, account suspended with no notification as to why. At least 5 days later and we're still waiting on indication despite website stating 24-48 hours for reviews to be conducted. Multiple attempts made to lodge a ticket and, only after trial and error experimenting with drop down menus, were able to succeed (Klaviyo has no option to contact support direct via email). During this time, two email enquiries also made to sales email address with no response yet received.
Otherwise a great tool, but as a business heavily reliant on email marketing, the automated bot responses in place of actual support is crippling.
For what is a professional tool that charges accordingly, professional level support and clarification should be expected.
Although I very much enjoy the functionality of the app itself, someone on their team has repeatedly been harassing me with phone calls and emails. Within 15 hours of signing up someone from Klaviyo has called me 3 times and sent 2 emails. As a small business owner who is busy with work as is and dealing with Covid obstacles on top of that, I do not need to be bombarded with sales calls during the work day. This is the second time I have signed up to use Klaviyo and this behavior happened to me the first time as well. I highly suggest they tone down their aggressive and unappealing sales techniques UPDATE: MAY 21, 2021. Even after repeatedly declining their services they call me multiple times a day and it is the point of harassment. I loathe this company and do not suggest even signing up because they will bother you non stop with their sales tactics.
