App not working, no access to app through Shopify, Flows disappeared without any reason. Can't access the account. Contacted Klaviyo two weeks ago and no response. $400 wasted.

I've only set up one email so far, but I am more than happy with all the other features that are available. The possibilities are endless with Klaviyo!
As much as they try to make it sound easy...Klaviyo is not easy unless you are an EXPERT. I am not. Support will not provide support unless you pay them. Their videos are not helpful to me. Seems to me that they would assist as much as possible to get you to the level of meeting the must pay. If it were my business with a free level that required payment once a store reached a certain level, I would bust my butt to help that store get to that level.
Everything that I had to think of with previous companies are already done in Klaviyo! Certainly makes the process a lot easier!
Worst app of all history, they bid you 100$ per month without even having a proper service support. They are the best to price high but the service is literally bad, you have an answer every 24 hours, I definitely not recommend this poor app.

Very bad customer service. Even the small Email service providing companies have a live chat option for free plans, but in Klaviyo at least email support isn't available. the free plan only provides 500 monthly email sents and 250 contacts. in the Shopify app store, they've mentioned that they provide 500 contacts,but not true.
Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations with Klaviyo. We have updated our listing to have the accurate number of contacts. I'd also recommend the Klaviyo community as a way to get answers beyond our help center and Academy options.
So far it's much easier to use than MailChimp and I am enjoying playing with the various features. I was recommended to use it by a friend and am very happy with it.
So far, so good. Very easy to use. I like what you get for the incredible price point. This is so much smoother than my other CRM.
The app has really helped me recover some abandoned carts, easy to set up flows, a must have from day one
So far so good. I am a first time user and have yet to publish my store but the setup process for this app has been seamless.
