This is really easy and simple to use. Videos are a great help first. Ive set up a whole email campaign straight away, after knowing nothing on how to do so. So straight forward and very easy to navigate.
I have used Klaviyo for a long time and just lately decided to get more in-depth with its fantastic feature. However, I had to face an issue of add-to-cart event not triggered after adding the snippet codes to theme.liquid folder. Maggie and Josh from the customer support team were very kind to help me find someone who can fix this issue for me. Later, Brian stepped in to fix the issue. He is very professional and we had very effective communication. He tweaked some codes and asked me to paste them into the theme.liquid folder and the codes do their magic. Now I have an add-to-cart event tracking properly. Thanks, Maggie, Josh & Brian, you guys are awesome and the company should give you a raise! Cheers
Very user friendly. I love it so far! Everything is very straight forward and customizable. It's been a great way for me to get started with my e-mail list.
This does take time to get used to and you certainly can't take off without doing some of the initial training (which is excellent), but all good things come with time and what I can't fault Klaviyo on is their gold star customer support. I'm not sure what I would have done without Larry in recent weeks! With simple flows in place and meaningful newsletters sent to customers, a decent portion of my income is now being generated thanks to Klaviyo and, with all they have to offer, the sky really is the limit. Crucial for businesses of all size & experience.
