Super robust platform, and very helpful sales team. They setup flows for us, and it was easy to follow their lead. I'm looking forward to optimizing our email sends with this solid platform.
Klaviyo is great the automated flow is easy to set up for a specific email flow and the templates are awesome.
not user or beginner friendly at all. the tutorials are very long winded and dont offer much help. I dont see how this app has the rating it does. very difficult and confusing to set up
So far so very good. The app is working flawlessly and doing what it's supposed to do. I'm very happy with Klaviyo right now and still testing it within my store and looks very promising..

I had created a newsletter signup bar on top of my site with Klaviyo a couple weeks ago, but just noticed it has mysteriously disappeared, although I hadn't taken any additional actions on it.

Really easy to set up, account manager contacted me to help with any questions I had, great tutorials on the academy. Brilliant app!
I had an issue late on Friday night. I contacted my sales rep and he came through in a big way. Customer service is top notch! The app works great and we here can wait to start diving deeper into it. The app is very user friendly.
I would highly recommend using another app. This one is horrible, I got this set up luckily under the free plan and I went to use a test email that I sent to myself and my account was disabled. I reached out to customer service to find out why and got some robotic answer.
The only thing I can think of is the fact I sent out two TEST emails to myself, which I still have yet to receive, and got disabled. What bothers me most about that is in the statement they sent me about anti-abuse is. They stated "You may receive performance alerts and warnings from us", I never received any notice, when I asked the customer service rep, if you can even call it customer service, I still have not gotten a response from 12 hours ago. I will be deleting from my store and using another app.
