Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I've been using Klaviyo since the dark ages of mailchimp and cannot recommend it highly enough. The segmentation and learning capabilities are unparalleled, and I've increased my client's revenue by 3-5x every time we create email campaigns and improve automations.

Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors

This app is producing sales for us. But need to learn to develop flow campaigns which can be a learning curve challenge. But if I can do it, you can do it.

For me this is the best email marketing platform. 5*

I was on Salesforce Marketing Cloud before this role, and having only played around with Klaviyo for a few days I can't believe how much capability it puts in the marketing teams' hands vs needing multiple partners and developers.

Would highly recommend. The customer service is so quick to respond and so helpful.

Clare S was amazing. She provided us with custom loom videos explaining our issue and another with a workaround with clear instructions. She also helped me submit product feedback to hopefully help improve the prodblem in the future for us and others. she was great.

With workflows, it really makes customer emailing a breeze!
