This is a terrible app and company. I sent out emails as I just was reopening my store after being on hold because of the pandemic and they disabled my account and didn't give any clear specific reason as to how I violated their terms of service. mentioned ISP and spam when my company sells athleisure wear. Terrible. This just caused another disruption to my brand in trying to regain sells. No sympathy, no quality service as you can only speak via email. It's bad enough their app was difficult to use and once it took quite some time to figure it out now this.
Very bad customer support. The decisions they make on marking emails as transactional or not are a complete lottery and support staff are unable or unwilling to explain the their decisions. They only provide copy and pasted answers that don’t help. A real shame as the product is otherwise good.
They promised a discount but sneakily put an expiration on it while until we found out and the sale person won't respond to your email anymore. This company has no ethical code - garbage
Don't believe them for those $20 a month crab, it will reach to thousands of dollars a month quickly and the reports are not accurately. They will combine all the sales into their email sale and make it like it works like magic.. use mailchimp it's simple and straightforward
Used this service for a year and a half, then they suddenly realized they don't like adult toy stores. Their Terms of Service have no mention of the adult toy industry. They immediately locked my account, and I can't export my list. I really don't care which email marketing solution to use. They are just as good anyone else, but the way they randomly lock accounts is awful. Stay away, use Omnisend or Privy. Had Omnisend for just as long and never had issues. I'll file chargebacks for the past 6 months. Have fun.

Based on our experience, be very careful with Klaviyo billing. Even if you turn plan auto-upgrade OFF, Klaviyo turns ON the auto upgrade in their billing forms if you upgrade via a campaign. With this, Klaviyo will over-ride your selected plan choice, up-charging you 100% more than you agreed or needed in our case. Plus Klaviyo says they have specific policy that they do not provide refunds when you fall into their auto-upgrade bucket. So be careful to look for auto-checked boxes as we found in our experience can double your cost with no benefit and absolutely no refunds.
Customer service sucks!!!! Repeated emails for the same problem still can't be solved. Live chat takes a long time for someone to reply every time!
If I could give zero starts, I would. It's an amazing app, but they want to control your email domain and the way you email your clients. Not very versatile. They steel your money very easily with their automatic upgrades as well.
Support here is the worst. We are trying to connect to Klaviyo our other shop for another country and have contacted Klaviyo at least 10 times since 2 weeks. All we get are generic replies and it seems nobody is reading our mails or helping us!!! The problem is this app haa a bug. After we try to connect another user it sends a link that is already expired the mment we click on it to confirm. Last week we waited 5 days to get another generic reply and see no interest in them actually checking the problem and helping us. This is the worst support we have experienced here on Shopify!

no confirmation email and I tried to do anything I could to find or receive their email. I subscribed the 550$/month for this app and I can't log in to the app currently

I would recommend finding an alternative service. The billing is horrendous and service is sub-par to say the least. Save your money and find an alternative for emails or SMS.
