Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Works well to include products from my store in my emails, as well as to help me track and respond to abandoned carts. Klaviyo has so many more options than I currently use, but I'm getting there and seeing results the more I leverage it.

Worst experience with this app. Not working and completely useless support. Im definitely not using it again !!

Blocked my account right before Christmas. Asked them to retry my payment method and heard nothing back for 3+ days. Now I can't send any marketing over the xmas/boxing day sales. Thanks A Lot!

Useful with some powerful tools, but customer service is lacking a bit and not responsive and the platform can sometimes be klunky. For example, applying consistent colors, logos, fonts, etc. across different campaigns, emails, lists, preference pages, etc. is often very time consuming and hard to implement. Email flows seem to work well though.

Klaviyo has made my Returns on Ad Spend sooooooo much better! Plus it's so easy to use. I love the drag and drop functionality.

Wonderful! Easy to work with and great wording and templates. I can't wait to see the results from using it.

Klaviyo is a great app to use for business. It helps target the customers that will purchase more than once, helps gain reviews for your business, and helps with putting promotional pieces together. Great investment!

Good job on changing the install settings, now I can't install it for some reason, had no problem 1 year ago. But I guess you just don't need new customers.
