very bad customer account management, got my account banned because I still haven't verified a simple TXT element before creating the account
I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. Despite their great software, the team running it cannot keep up with the company's rapid growth. When we attempted to test out the system, a minor glitch caused our account to become locked. I have sent multiple emails to the company, but I am still waiting for someone to respond. They claim that our account is locked to allow other customers to use the service, but I believe they are overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers they have. This experience has left me with the impression that this company is unreliable.
Pop ups are still visible after uninstalling. There is nothing on the website that could help solve this problem, I do not recommend it
Worst experience with this app. Not working and completely useless support. Im definitely not using it again !!
Hey there! So sorry to hear you're frustrated. Would love to help get to the bottom of it. Our team is having trouble matching your account to a Klaviyo account so we can help... mind shooting an email over to feedback@klaviyo.com so we can support you? Thanks in advance!
I spent half a day getting everything dialed up to send emails then called their support because I was having trouble getting the email addresses into their system. They told me I could not send the emails that I wanted to send because I was importing them and there were some that didn't come from my shopify store (that came from our website's email sign-up form). Then I asked them if I could just send the shopify customer email addresses and they told me "no.".
This company is a complete and utter waste of time.
They disabled my account after 5 minutes of using it. After contacting them, they send me to the Terms of Service when I didn't even have time to make changes to my account
what a cruel app! i spent ages doing my email campaign $400 a month to send!!! this is outrageous.
Difficult to understand, difficult to configure, non-paid payment system. A lot of useless Wicked
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Application that makes you ashamed, very bushy application, difficult to set with many errors. Only accept compressed photos that have a pixelated appearance. I tested with another email and device and I did not receive the confirmation email with the discount code. I did everything according to the tutorial they posted on YouTube. I'm going to Shopify Mail or mail chip...I don't want to waste another 7 hours of my life!

I'll be brief. We decided to give Klaviyo a try after working with another email marketing app for about 4 months. We decided to do this at about 10:00 pm. At about 6:00 am (that's right, you read it correctly, we had been working on new forms, segments etc. straight through the night)... at about 6:00 am, we went to preview a new form and the app kicked us out. When we tried to log back in, it says the account is inactive. No attempt to send emails. No attempts to send SMS messages. Nothing. You can imagine how we felt after spending the entire night trying to get things set up just for that to happen. Not a good first impression at all. Luckily, we had not uninstalled our previous app. Now, I'll be getting ready to go into work here in about an hour with zero sleep for the past 24 hours and absolutely nothing to show for it. By the way, the other app that we were contemplating switch over from is Omnisend. Funny thing is we have had zero issues with that app since we downloaded it. We just wanted to try an alternative to have something to compare it to. I guess it goes back to that old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
