I'm just getting to know this app, but I'm already blown away by all the possibilities and the support. I'm on the free plan and have access support via email only, but I get very detailed answers and guidance the same day!
I use this app and choose $60 plan, I sent some mails and SMS, no one open mails, no any use on the business, you can just ignore this app.
Why this app good? because they take a lot cost on the marketing!!!
I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT KLAVIYO!!!!!!!! if you need to use it, plz see my words. I chose a plan that cost $60, after one month, I don't need this app, so I remove it, but it never notice me I need to change plan to free, than this app won't charge me anymore, just let me remove it, than, after a month, klaviyo just chage me $60 again, without any any notice, I even do not know why I cost $60, if you still charge me if I don't change to free plan, you should notice me BEFORE i REMOVE IT,!!!!. and it's so complicated to change free plan. I do not use this app long time, KLAVIYO should refund to me, plz solve this problem asap.
All my emails end up in the spam folder, something that never happened with others. The customer service just blamed Gmail, Yahoo, and others, saying they control where the emails go. No one buys that excuse. If you're looking for an email platform that actually works and doesn't just offer excuses, better steer clear of Klaviyo. Very disappointing.

Very bad customer service. Even the small Email service providing companies have a live chat option for free plans, but in Klaviyo at least email support isn't available. the free plan only provides 500 monthly email sents and 250 contacts. in the Shopify app store, they've mentioned that they provide 500 contacts,but not true.
Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations with Klaviyo. We have updated our listing to have the accurate number of contacts. I'd also recommend the Klaviyo community as a way to get answers beyond our help center and Academy options.
Alexandria was so helpful and thorough with ALL of my questions. She was not bothered by all the questions I had. I truly wouldn't be making all the progress I had made with setting up our Klaviyo account if it wasn't for her top notch support.
