Probably the best customer automation apps on the app store, has made my life a breeze and has really helped with customer engagement. The out of the box flows are amazing!
We have been using Klaviyo for about 3 years now and it's a great program. Pricing can be adjusted easily on how many emails you send a month and it's easy to build emails and analyze the stats after. If your account is big enough, they provide a customer success rep that will analyze your account and offer helpful suggestions.
Great app, it works very good and generate extra sales on autopilot. Must have for every ecommerce business!
I've tried a bunch of these services so far and there is no question that Klaviyo is the most polished and most thoughtfully designed. The targeting granularity is impressive and easy to turn into actionable email flows. Loving it so far.
Have not yet had too much experience with this app but after spending hours researching and trying out different solutions, Klaviyo seemed to be the right choice for me. Awesome templates for customer emails and extremely easy to use. I highly recommend this app to all.
Klaviyo is really the best email platform out there I've tried others and I always come back. They're platform is very easy to use and the over all email aesthetic is great
Klaviyo is an exceptional email builder with a many useful tools and features that enable our marketing team to go above and beyond. Even greater than their platform tools is their customer support. Klaviyo's team has been great with giving me instructions, sending me helpful articles, and even outright building custom content. I recommend Klaviyo to any ecommerce business, especially those using Shopify.

Loving this app. Easy to use and tons of options for email campaigns. Just spent the last hour playing with the app, creating a campaign and sent it off.
Updated: 5/23 We have now been using Klaviyo for almost 4 years and we would still give them 5 stars. It is the best marketing investment we make every month. I do feel and understand the frustration with their support. Fortunately, we have not had much need to contact them. In our 4 years, we have only had to use technical support once and we were able to get the issue resolved in less than an hour. I do wish they had a "real time" support option beyond chat. When you have a problem, you want to get an answer asap, not have to guess as to when you might hear from them. We migrated to Klaviyo after the Shopify-Mailchimp dust-up last spring. We have been using Klaviyo for 15 months now and we are very happy with the app. While a bit pricier then some out there, we have found the campaign and flow tools to pay for themselves very quickly. In the past 12 months, Klaviyo campaigns and flows have delivered $21K (about 20% of total rev) in sales to our store -- and we don't even run a campaign every month. We made the investment to attend Klaviyo:BOS last fall, their user conference. One of the best user conferences out there, in our opinion. We learned a ton from Klaviyo and many other Shopify store owners.
Can I give it 6 stars?
Wow... I've been looking and spending money on other software, but this is just Amazing... The people at Klavio really understand what it means to be a Shopify store owner.
