Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

We've been using Klaviyo for a long time and have continued to stay with the platform because of its rich feature set, ease of use, and flexibility. More importantly, it consistently delivers a strong return on investment, making it a valuable part of our marketing strategy.

Everything just works - from popup to purchase
We run a premium dog care store in Bulgaria and Klaviyo has become the backbone of our email marketing. The Shopify integration synced our subscribers, orders and events flawlessly, in both directions. We built a welcome flow with a discount code, an abandoned checkout flow and a signup popup, all connected to the store data without a single technical issue.
What impressed us most: the level of control. Smart targeting rules for forms (scroll depth, exit intent, excluding existing subscribers and checkout pages), per-message Smart Sending settings, and clean sync settings that just make sense. Support for a non-English store (Bulgarian forms, emails and error messages) worked perfectly too.
If you are serious about turning store visitors into repeat customers, this is the tool. Five stars, well earned.
