This is my first time using Klaviyo and I can admit it's easy and simple. When I need help I either use the website or youtube. Great company!!
I am still navigating and trying to figure things out. It will take a few more tries for me to fully understand how to use. For the most part I am happy with the email marketing portion. I will keep you posted as I progress.
We have been using Klaviyo for a while now and this app works well for us. Now it does integrate with Loox reviews too. They keep increasing prices though, hence the 4-star

nice and useful tool for analytics & marketing
The Klaviyo App has been great for us in collecting newsletter sign ups, set up forms and conversion pop ups. There is a learning curve to really get the most out of the platform but I have found it to be fulfilling all of our needs (on the free version). We will certainly keep using it and, when the time comes, switch over to the paid version to continue our growth.
Update! Changing this rating from 1 star to 4 because their customer service was TOP NOTCH! Thankfully the reviews about their customer service being "non-existent" were not the case for me. I was VERY impressed with how quickly and attentive they were to my issue.
I was locked out of this app with no notice. On the login page Klaviyo says they will send a code to my email, but no code every arrives. I have used Klaviyo for almost a year with no issues, but this started on 1/16/23. I just read all the one star reviews, and this seems to be a very common issue. Hoping that customer service isn't as bad as everyone says it is.
So far so good.I love the ease of the flows and content creations.Still really in testing phase and so i'll need a bit more time with it to give a more detailed review.
Great product, takes some time to learn it but once it clicks it's very powerful and once you template emails and sections of emails it's very fast to create what you need.
