I am using Klaviyo for a longer time already, but have only just started to look deeper into the system and its possibilities. Once you have understood the system, it is easy to go deeper and deeper in order to optimize the newsletters and flows more and more. The support is excellent. Klaviyo is hands down the best for email marketing and reporting! With 15+ years in the game and experience with five other platforms, I can say Klaviyo is the simplest, most efficient, and a total time-saver. Plus, it seamlessly integrates with Shopify—a must-have!

Best emailing tool on the market. Although pretty new to emailing, it was super easy to navigate in the system, set all the flows and campaings. Customer service is great too (I would just switch off Kira, these ai assistants are still more annoying than helping)

Top-notch customer service. I just spent almost an hour speaking with Julia F. in the help center chat, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful and thorough with her answers. She helped me solve all the issues that were causing our low deliverability rate, and she even sent me a loom video to help me understand. I now feel so much more confident about sending emails!
