I am using Klaviyo for a longer time already, but have only just started to look deeper into the system and its possibilities. Once you have understood the system, it is easy to go deeper and deeper in order to optimize the newsletters and flows more and more. The support is excellent. Top-notch customer service. I just spent almost an hour speaking with Julia F. in the help center chat, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful and thorough with her answers. She helped me solve all the issues that were causing our low deliverability rate, and she even sent me a loom video to help me understand. I now feel so much more confident about sending emails! I've been in email marketing for 18 years, and Klaviyo is BY FAR the best platform. In fact, I now only work with clients who use Klaviyo. And it pairs incredibly well with Shopify.

I'll be direct here: if you sell products or services online, Shopify and Klaviyo are the ONLY way to go.
