I've been using Klaviyo for the last 5 years or so at various brands and what I always say to people considering the platform is that the level of support offered by the Klaviyo team is next level. I've pretty much had to learn what I know by teaching myself from articles from the help center or hopping on a live chat with an agent and they are always so wonderful and willing to help troubleshoot problems or sanity check logic when building flows, segments, etc. if they can't help you in the moment, they are always so thorough and on it with the follow ups. They're the best!

Klaviyo has been awesome for Mixology. It’s super easy to use, the segmentation is spot-on, and it’s helped us send way more personalized emails. We’ve seen better engagement, better conversions, and it just fits right into our workflow. The analytics are clear, the automations are powerful, and it’s made our marketing feel way more organized. Es ist und bleibt schwierig, Ein Upgrade des Abonnements kann nur mit Kreditkarte durchgeführt werden. Wird kein Upgrade durchgeführt, kein Support der dazu was sagen kann. Wird keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt, ist kein Upgrade möglich.

Das ist ja was ich hier schreibe. Man bekommt eine Antwort die nicht das Problem löst. Ihr wollt, dass ich ein upgrade durchführe, dies ist aber nur möglich wenn man eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Habt Ihr dafür keine andere Möglichkeit? Es bleibt bei einem Stern.
