Solid solution if you have klaviyo/shopify ecosystem for earning reviews and increasing customer retention. The review flows are easy to setup and have become one of our top converting flows. Responsive support team as well. Looking forward to future functionality like collection page integration and more notifications options.
Klaviyo reviews is great because it's clean and easy to use. Their pricing is the best in the market and I'm confident the upcoming features will be top notch.
Their app is still fairly new but if you are also using Klaviyo as an email/sms service it's a no brainer to use them as a review service also. Highly recommend!

We transitioned to Klaviyo Reviews from Yotpo about ten months ago looking for additional customization options and couldn't be happier with the platform.
Set-up was easy and the email flow has been one of our most engaged since shortly after launch.
A big leg-up was Reviews' integration with Klaviyo for email and SMS. Before Reviews we were confined to a template with few customization options, now our request for reviews matches our brand's look and feel. We've also been able to A/B test sends to get the most out of our requests for reviews.
If you're already using Klaviyo for email marketing Reviews is a no-brainer.

Easy setup, great support, simple to use, it just works! The integrations with Klaviyo's other products are also very seamless - it's great to get reviews and email under one roof.
Fulfilled is working great. So far it is functioning seamlessly within our Shopify site and producing one of our most engaging flows in Klaviyo. It's typically like pulling teeth to get our customers to leave a review, so very surprised at the response and number of reviews we're now receiving!

I was very disapointed that I could not translate anything. No point in using this app if your page is not in english.

I transferred to Klaviyo Reviews from Reviews.io and I am IN LOVE. I have tested out many different review platforms and this one is by far the best. The setup is lightning-fast, the branding is beautiful, the features do exactly what you need them to do, and the customer support is phenomenal. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This app and service will be brilliant, when it's completely ready. Now it lacks a lot of translations, such as Finnish, which means it cannot be used in local shops. Would also like the possibility to do custom CSS to match the widget with the webshops design.

"Save your money! Nothing can be translated which also means that you can not change CTA/Buttons. Very limited options to change style, e.g. Font-style, font-size, size of stars." all is true! Do not use this app!
