Solid solution if you have klaviyo/shopify ecosystem for earning reviews and increasing customer retention. The review flows are easy to setup and have become one of our top converting flows. Responsive support team as well. Looking forward to future functionality like collection page integration and more notifications options.

Klaviyo reviews is great because it's clean and easy to use. Their pricing is the best in the market and I'm confident the upcoming features will be top notch.

Their app is still fairly new but if you are also using Klaviyo as an email/sms service it's a no brainer to use them as a review service also. Highly recommend!

Easy setup, great support, simple to use, it just works! The integrations with Klaviyo's other products are also very seamless - it's great to get reviews and email under one roof.

Klaviyo reviews is a no brainer to add on to the Klaviyo services. Seamless to install and has the most important features - easy customer experience, Q&A, linking similar products, etc.

The most important part of any app is the support available, and the Klaviyo team is awesome to work with. Any question that comes up is supported through chat and documentation.

Highly recommend this app!

Fulfilled is working great. So far it is functioning seamlessly within our Shopify site and producing one of our most engaging flows in Klaviyo. It's typically like pulling teeth to get our customers to leave a review, so very surprised at the response and number of reviews we're now receiving!

Great support. The app was not showing the review on my template and the team worked hard to make the necessary adjustments to make it work. The interaction with the support team was great.

In general a useful app that offers more options than the standard shopify reviews app. Especially the option to create review-follow-up flows with discounts via Klaviyo is helpful.
However, there are 3 major issues:

1. The design of the star-rating on product page is not adjustable. This is actually a no-go, since the stars look very weird and unprofessional in our theme. There should be any chance to change the look and the size of the stars.

2. There is no chance to change the language of the Integration. We are a German store and it looks unprofessional that our review-section on the product page is all in English.

3. No chance to use our custom font of the store theme.

We hope, that these issues will be fixed quickly and there will be more design options. The current version, especially for the price plan, is not customizable enough.

We really appreciate this feedback, thank you for sharing. This is a new product with a lot more enhancements coming soon. We are actively working to improve our widget customization experience, including support for more languages.

In terms of your third point ("No chance to use our custom font of the store theme") – this is definitely possible. Keep an eye out for an email from us, we're happy to help you troubleshoot this issue!

I'm using Judge.me right now and I saw Klaviyo Revies. I thought it would be great to have all in one app and installed it. Unfortunately, I cannot use it since Ukrainian language is not present. So I will either delete it for now or I will just wait till Ukrainian is added. Hope, it won't take too much time.
