Klaviyo reviews is easy to set up on your Shopify store. We have a great review request flow now that has resulted in going from zero reviews online to now having over 600 reviews online in just a little over a year. Klaviyo always has great support and tons of great education available online and a super-engaged community.
So far, I’ve had a genuinely good experience with Klaviyo.
The platform is powerful, the tools are thoughtfully built, and it’s clear they understand what small brands actually need to grow. There’s a learning curve, but once you get moving, everything starts to click.
I’m giving 5 stars out of gratitude. It’s helping me build real connections with my customers and lay the foundation for long-term growth.

I recently received my first negative review. I replied to the negative review and published it, but noticed that the store reply was not visible on my website. When I checked with Klaviyo, they advised that:
"I’ve double‑checked how Klaviyo Reviews works today, and at the moment the SEO / All reviews widget on your Reviews page does not support displaying store replies. That’s why you aren’t seeing an option in the widget settings to turn replies on there. I apologise for this limitation. I can certainly flag that for my team."
This is not acceptable, a business cannot allow a negative review to be published without having the opportunity to show a public reply, it just looks like the business does not care about their customers, and does not take reviews seriously.
This needs to be fixed ASAP. I am actually quite shocked at this limitation, this seems like a basic, essential feature to me. Really, really disappointed.

, personalization is everything. Klaviyo allows us to tailor product recommendations, launches, and promotions based on real customer behavior—helping us drive higher engagement and repeat purchases without guesswork.
It works decently but still lacks the integration with Google (it is not part of their review program). The widgets are a bit limited in personalization. There is no option to add a preferred or default language. Overall gets the job done.
Great addition to the klaviyo suite. We don't have huge volume, so we actually are currently still using the free version (which sends out up to 50 review requests/month). Have had this switched on for about 2 years, and it just chugs away in the background, collecting reviews from customers and then they appear on our shopify website. We get great feedback from our customers that help with social proof.

Working WAY better than other apps I've integrated. It's helpful also that I already use Klaviyo for my marketing; I can see all the things in one spot. I only wish there was a notification for new reviews so I'm not missing out on replying to comments.
Love klaviyo reviews, it's a seamless way to integrate the product review experience with the email marketing side of things. Klaviyo does it smoothly and looks sleek while having everything on one platform. Highly recommend!
Klaviyo Reviews are easy to manage and you get a lot of customisation even with the free version. I'm so happy that I switched to the Klaviyo Review app. If you're just getting started or a small biz, this is by far your best option as it is free to use for the first 50 orders.
