It seemed promising but the multilanguage capability is poorly designed. I cannot seem to have two different submission page in different languages.

Great reviews app, however, its missing one crucial feature that is preventing us from completely migrating our reviews to Klaviyo.
You can not show Klaviyos reviews in Shop app.

I use Klaviyo for my email flows, but adding reviews in was a Game Changer. I just love having everything in the same place, and I have seen a significant increase in the reviews left by my customers.

Love this platform and love that the reviews are integrated with Klaviyo now, makes life so easy. But a big kicker is the fact you cant upload images to your review from your mobile (iPhone) saying the format is not accepted. This is a bit of a disappointment as we all know how important photos can be to a review for some products and this is such an obvious thing to have checked when developing! would be 5 starts if not for this issue! I have left messages on the community pages and tried to contact Klavyio multiple times but it seems their customer support is lacking.
