For people that get access, it seems this tool is great. Unfortunately, any security protocols what so ever block klaviyo reviews. 70% of my web traffic is from mobile browers, safari or firefox inherently do not work for klaviyo embeds be it reviews or sign ups.
Thus, if your customers use apple devices or firefox based browsers, this tool will not work for your site

It seemed promising but the multilanguage capability is poorly designed. I cannot seem to have two different submission page in different languages.

Unable to manage reviews as I continue to get a 502 when I open the app.
