It would be great if it were more affordable.

The product itself has evolved and gotten better over time and its clear the team is investing in the future with many of the AI enhancements that have been released and are in development. Highly recommended for even the most complex store setups, Klevu will quickly become a core part of your ecommerce tech stack.

Wonderful AI and Great Support

The support team is wonderful at Klevu. We were able to customize our entire search and merchandizing options for our specific business cases.

I really do not have a lot to dislike. I believe they are a bit more expensive than other providers but they are well worth the price.
